I find immense satisfaction in knowing that the work we do genuinely helps our clients, especially in making a tangible difference in the lives of the children at the centre of every case we undertake. This direct impact is incredibly motivating and fulfilling.
What attracted you to work at Lextox?
After graduating from university, I qualified as a biochemist, but I quickly realised that a traditional lab setting wasn’t the right fit for me. This led me to explore the hospitality industry, where I started as a guesthouse manager and then transitioned into a wedding coordinator role.
My time in hospitality was invaluable, as it helped me discover a deep passion for looking after people and building strong, lasting relationships. When I came across Lextox, it immediately stood out as the perfect blend of my scientific background and my love for working with people. The opportunity to combine these two aspects of my career was a significant draw.
