Alison joined iPP (SPS) in July 2012, having worked across both private and public sector industries in HR for over 20 years.
Alison’s experience covers a broad breath of HR; working, supporting and advising teams, managers and key stakeholders to help build the organisation. She’s greatly helped to shape and implement effective people strategies and activities.
Since joining SYNLAB, Alison has progressed her career from HR Manager to HR Business Partner. Her team support businesses across the Southwest and Wales, including Southwest Pathology Services, Lextox and SYNLAB Laboratory Services.
