Clare has spent seventeen years in finance, developing experience in budget preparation and management, reporting compliance, management of the transaction reporting process,  internal controls and more recently transformation projects.  At the point of joining Lextox, Clare was looking to be part of a rapidly growing business where she could make a difference.  Clare believes that working within a company with clear goals and direction, where everyone supports one another to be the best they can be is key to success.
