Liam has over 20 years’ experience in drug and alcohol testing after gaining BSc (Hons) and MSc degrees in Biology. He started his career in a forensic toxicology laboratory, analysing human biological samples for the detection of drugs and alcohol.

Liam then progressed into laboratory Quality Assurance and then side-stepped into commercial roles gaining experience in business development, marketing and client services.

Liam has helped implement ISO 17025 accreditation in two UK based laboratories and is a United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) trained quality management system auditor.

Drawing from his scientific knowledge and commercial background, Liam joined Lextox in 2011 as one of the founding members, as an opportunity to provide a market leading service within the hair drug and alcohol testing sector. Liam heads up our Quality and Business Services department and is our principle expert for delivering educational presentations and seminars to our clients.
