Paul joined Lextox in May 2017, bringing with him an impressive 26-year career in the gas industry. Since his arrival at Lextox, he has successfully led both the sales and collections teams, navigating through numerous challenges, including the particularly demanding times of the pandemic.
His leadership and dedication have been instrumental in steering the teams toward success, even under the most trying circumstances.
He currently focuses on sales operations, which include client support, collection activities, and compliance. Paul is respectful and appreciates the ongoing contributions of his team, always encouraging them to share honest opinions without fear.
He particularly enjoys the office chat and using numbers, logic and drawing pictures to help solve operational challenges.
