On the 24th March Lextox posted an important update to its services in response to COVID-19. This included suspension of our sample collection service until further notice.
As a business we are committed to delivering a responsive service and reliable results – this decision was not taken lightly, but was necessary to protect our people, clients and donors.
The team at Lextox would like to thank all of our clients for their support and patience during this period. We are pleased to confirm that we are now in a position to re-start our sample collection and testing services as follows:
Sample Collections
Members of our sample collection team are now fully equipped with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) which meets government guidelines for the type of collections and work we undertake.
A limited sample collection service will re-start on Tuesday 14th April, appointments can be booked from today.
Laboratory Analysis and Expert Reports
In line with government guidelines, Lextox has taken steps to reduce the number of staff in our offices and laboratories and marked out designated working spaces to meet the 2 meter social distancing criteria.
While this has reduced the number of staff able to work together at any one time, our Laboratory and Expert Reporting teams are now operational.
