How do I make a complaint?

At Lextox we place our clients at the core of our organisation to ensure a responsive and reliable service. We are dedicated to providing the best possible service for our clients whilst striving to continually improve our standards.

We are very sorry if we have not met your requirements on this occasion. We would like the opportunity to put this right and do our utmost to resolve your concerns.

We take all concerns extremely seriously, treating them with diligence and confidentiality. All complaints are fully investigated in order to provide our clients with a satisfactory outcome. We are committed to improving our service and putting any necessary measures in place to avoid future reoccurrences.

Our handling of your complaint

From the outset, we will acknowledge your complaint by email within 24 hours of receipt. In addition, upon confirming that your concerns are under investigation, our team will provide a clear and realistic timeline for response.

Our Business Services team will take charge of your complaint, and monitor its progress from beginning to end with due care and consideration. They will ensure that time sensitive updates are provided and real-time information is provided throughout the duration of the process.


Information for donors and litigants-in-person:

Lextox is an independent testing laboratory, and we only accept instructions and questions on the testing process or analysis results from solicitors, social workers, local authority family teams and other relevant business representatives.
