Earlier this year we were the first within our industry to launch a client app, to make the process of instructing drug and alcohol testing easier.

We are excited to announce that our app is now available to access on our website, so you can now access all the benefits of the client app on your work computer.
What are the key features?
The free app allows solicitors and Local Authorities to access quick pricing, request and accept quotations, provisionally book sample collection appointments and visibility into the status of your current cases.
What has changed?
The “request a quote” button on our website will now allow you to login to the online app and be able to receive pricing in under 60 seconds. If you are not a customer, you can select “new account” where you will be taken to a form. You will then receive your login details within 15 minutes. It’s that easy….
How will this benefit you?
In our last client satisfaction survey you told us that ease of instruction was the most important factor for you when selecting a drug, alcohol and DNA testing laboratory.
The app was designed to make it even easier for you to instruct and work with Lextox.
Submitting requests for quotations via the app is not just more user friendly but also saves you time. As your account is linked to our internal systems some of your details will be pre-saved, reducing the time spent completing the form.
The mobile app also allows you to request a quotation or quick pricing while in court or on the go.
