Following the broadcast by Prime Minister Boris Johnson yesterday and the latest guidelines issued by the government in relation to coronavirus (COVID-19), please find below some important service updates from Lextox.
Sample Collections
In a bid to protect our people, clients and donors, until further notice Lextox will be unable to carry out sample collection appointments. Our Client Support team will be in touch to cancel any appointments already in the calendar, and will be in touch as soon as feasibly possible after this to re-arrange them. We will review this decision and update the information on Friday 27th March 2020.
Drug, Alcohol and DNA Testing Already in Progress
Staffing levels and government guidance permitting, Lextox will continue to process, analyse and report on any drug, alcohol and DNA analysis, where analytical results are already available. Our Client Support team will be in touch with updates on the status of test results, including any which have unfortunately been delayed.
Contacting Lextox
Should you need to contact Lextox over the coming days and weeks, please do this by emailing [email protected]. Please note that our offices and phone lines are now closed as we move as many staff as possible to a work from home arrangement.
Under Constant Review
Lextox will continue to monitor and respond to government guidance. We are also following updates from the Family Law Courts and are in touch with clients to understand their requirements. Where possible, we will work with the Courts, solicitors and local authorities to ensure any critical testing is fulfilled.
